# Privacy notice for visitors to websites on our platform
S. Digital & Creative ("we", "us") is a UK business that runs the website platform at sophie-software.dev. Site owners use it to build and run their own websites, and we host those websites for them.
This notice is for visitors to those websites. If you own or manage a website on the platform, see our privacy notice for site owners and admins.

## Our role
The owner of each website decides what information their site collects about you and why, so they are the controller for it. We are their processor: we host and run their website on their behalf, only on their instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Each website on the platform has its own privacy notice at /privacy on that website, for example https://example.com/privacy. It tells you who runs the site, what they collect and how to contact them.
S. Digital & Creative also owns and runs some websites on the platform itself. For those websites we are the controller too, as that site's own privacy notice explains.
## Information we handle as the host
As the platform provider, we host every website and its database, and we keep:
- Server logs: your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time. We use these to keep the platform secure and to fix problems.
- Security records: submissions blocked as suspected spam or fraud, with the IP address, browser details and rough location.
Website visit statistics on the platform are anonymous. They do not store IP addresses or follow individual visitors across pages.

## Our service providers (sub-processors)
We use these providers to run the platform. They process visitors' information as sub-processors for every website on the platform.

A website's owner may also use other services that they choose themselves, such as AgeVerif for age verification, Google Calendar for bookings or their own email account. Their privacy notice lists these.

## Your data protection rights
The website's owner handles requests about your information, such as access, correction or deletion. Please contact them first, using the details in their privacy notice at /privacy on their website. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them and help them respond.
